Terms of use of this site
What this site is
patekbahiscasino.com is an independent information site about the Patekbahis brand. It is not the operator's own site and is not run by the operator. Patekbahis is operated by Raptor Entertainment Ltd; the company and licence details, with their sources, are on the Licensing page.
No accounts are opened here, no bets are placed, and no money is deposited or withdrawn. Following a link from this site takes you to the operator, and everything from that point on is governed by your contract with them.
Affiliate links
The registration links on this site are affiliate links: we may receive compensation for a player who signs up through them. That does not change the text you are reading — promotion terms, licence details and odds are taken from sources the operator publishes, and the source is named.
Where a promotion has a weak side, it is written down. Three examples standing on this site on the day this page was written: the deposit bonus named "no wagering" carries wagering in its terms, the deposit bonus closes off the loss bonus, and one campaign asks you to publish a screenshot of your withdrawal publicly in exchange for a bonus.
Accuracy and sources
The figures on this site are records read on a particular day, not standing promises. Promotion amounts come from the operator's promotions page, and the licence details from the Anjouan licence register and the operator's own company-information page. Last full check: 5 October 2026.
Information of this kind changes within weeks. Before playing you need to read the current terms on the operator's own pages; this site does not replace them, and where the two differ, the text the operator publishes is the one that applies.
Age limit and responsible gambling
You must be 18 or older to take part in gambling. Gambling can be addictive. Play only with money you can afford to lose, and do not chase losses.
In Turkey, free support is available from the Green Crescent counselling service (YEDAM) on 115. Deposit, loss and session limits and self-exclusion tools are in the operator's account settings; they cannot be applied through this site.
Jurisdiction and access
The operator's Anjouan licence excludes a number of countries: Australia, the Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States, along with FATF-blacklisted and sanctioned jurisdictions. Those lists come from the licence itself.
Checking the legal status of online gambling where you are is your own responsibility. This site gives no legal advice and encourages play in no country.
Trade marks and content
The Patekbahis name and logo, game titles and provider names belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only. This site claims no partnership with or endorsement by any of them.
Text from this site may be quoted with attribution and a link; it may not be copied wholesale.
Limits of responsibility
This site runs no games, holds no balances and cannot resolve account disputes. For a problem with an account, a payment or a bonus the route is, in order: the operator's own complaints process first, and if that fails, the independent dispute resolution (ADR) the licence requires. The licence states that a player must complete the operator's internal process before going to ADR.
Decisions made using information from this site are the reader's own. If you see an error, report it — a correction follows once the source has been checked.
Data and measurement
There is no registration on this site, no account and no request for payment details. Visit statistics are collected through Google Analytics: page views, device type and country-level location. You can block that measurement in your browser's cookie settings.
Changes and contact
This page may change without notice; promotion and licence details are updated as the operator changes them. Last substantive revision of this text: 5 October 2026.
